Job Title: Site Sales Executive

Salary: Kshs 20K – 30K 
 

Our client is a well established real estate company that deals in residential and commercial properties. 

They seek to hire a sales executive to support the on-the-site sale of properties to potential customers and to man the show House.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• To explain the features of the property  as well as repayment options available to the walk in Clients


• Be actively involved in the Sale process right from enquiry to when the property is handed over to the client and relevant documentation made. 


• Create a good rapport with potential clients and translate the prospects into sales.


• Preparing accurate and timely quotations and other documentations as per the client’s requests


• Take part in sales meetings and present reports about the sales and marketing figures

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or in a relevant field


• At least 2 years sales experience in service oriented industry


• Should possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills


• Professional and highly self motivated


• Must display a high degree of emotional maturity
