The job holder will be responsible for the successful drive of project sales and roofing solutions business by identifying and managing customer accounts and develop roofing solutions as per the customer requirements.
Key responsibilities and duties are:
- Develop and manage projects business with the existing scope of products and services to meet and exceed set revenue targets
- Drive order generation for project sales
- Apply specific experience to design solutions for targeted customers
- Support solution pricing by advising on scope and cost of providing the designed solution
- Drive solutions business revenue via direct &project sales and value add
- Identify and create opportunities and solutions in new markets
- Proactively identify, engage in, and drive strategic solution sales based on targeted customers
- Develop relationship with the influencer community of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Contracting Community and Key End-users.
- Liaise with cross functional teams and partners to develop new propositions for targeted customers
- Support a go to market strategy for non-standard propositions
- Ensure timely and accurate reports as required by the business.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or related discipline
- Post graduate qualification in business / sales / marketing and added advantage
- Must have at least ten years overall work experience with five of these being in a management position
- Membership of relevant professional association is an added advantage
- Proven track record in achieving set revenue targets
- Strategic thinker and strong relationship / network building skills
- Excellent Communication and analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
