Our client a leading medical facility is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth

  • Collaborate with management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further the company goals.

  • Manage the marketing & communications budget and ensure milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.

  • Responsible for events planning and coordination and management.

  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns.

  • Social Media Management

  • Develop, lead and execute content strategies with the goal of growing brand recognition and driving sales for the business.

  • Align marketing with brand, writing style, key messaging guidelines, ensuring compelling and consistent voice/style across all marketing materials and channels;

  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, email/CRM software, and conducting social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram etc.

  • Creating specifications for all print collaterals, revamping and designing collaterals based on said tones/messages adhering to corporate guidelines;

  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display);

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)

  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans;

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team;


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Media, Public Relations

  • At least 3 years of related experience, ideally in (Digital, PR, Offline & Online)

  • Proven experience of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution

  • Copywriting and editing skills, some knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in fast-paced environments & collaboratively as part of a team
