Job Title: Logistics Administrator,

CJ Smart Cargo began its operations in 2002 and is expanding its footprint in the worldwide freight transportation sector. They seek to recruit a logistics administrator who will assist the HR Manager and Mombasa officer supervisor manage administrative works and making documentation at the Mombasa office.   They will do an assessment to all staff, receive visitors and assist the supervisor to create documents of logistics.


Responsibilities



  • In charge of all administrative stuff–administrative procurement, staff check-in & check out, and receiving visitors.

  • Supervise cleaner to clean the office daily and maintain the cleanliness of the office.

  • Making documents of administration or logistics-like packing list & commercial invoice, invoice, loading report so on.

  • Assist HR manager to make assessments to staff and formulate regulations of office.

  • Train other staff for basic computer skills

  • Supervise officers to follow the company’s regulations. 

  • Doing recruitment, punishment, and dismissal and employee reward

  • Use the company’s systems to do applications, reports, and do payments for miscellaneous fees.


Qualifications & Experience 



  • Over 3 years’ experience in administrative works.

  • Familiar with the logistics industry is preferred.

  • Base in Mombasa, familiar with Mombasa region.

  • Should have a good master of office software, especially Excel.

  • Ability to work under pressure efficiently.

  • Good at communication.

  • Able to solve issues independently and smoothly.
