Duties and Responsibilities
It will entail administrative duties including general office administration,
- Assets management and inventory.
- Planning office accommodation layout
- Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events
- Facilitating movement of assets
- Ensuring payment of bills
- Collecting and collating data on development projects
- Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of projects in the county government
- Facilitating general maintenance of buildings and furniture
- Provide input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate must have: –
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- A diploma in the following discipline Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development any Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution; and
- Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized Institution
