Job title: Anti-Fraud Field Officer

Job
Responsibilities:

The
sole responsibility of a tele investigator is to detect fraud, mitigate fraud
and risk and ensure operational process is adhered to.

Collate
and check the results of the investigation to ensure the accuracy and
reasonableness of the investigation.

Support
the anti-fraud investigation for designated cooperative merchants and sales
staff and manage the related assets and regularly report.

Carry
out other investigation tasks assigned by superiors or manager.

Job
Requirements:

·  At
least 1 year experience in the fraud investigation field

·  Diploma/
Degree in Criminology and Security Related Studies or any Related Course

·  Experience
in financial institutions like bank, micro-credit company, guarantee
institution, insurance company will be preferred.

·  Honest
and reliable personality, team player, able to work under high pressure

Preferred
Skills

·  Familiar
with the use of Microsoft Office software.

·  Work
with meticulous, thoughtful character, handling affairs with patience

·  Ability
to search, collect and analyze individual information.

·  Understand
the basic laws, regulations and customs of local area and be able to work under
pressure.
