Job Summary: As the Junior Sales Rep, you will have overall responsibility for calling on store owners / managers to ensure product availability and negotiating space on the shelves.



 


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Managing distributors (stores) in the assigned region

  • Monitoring and evaluating performance levels / sales performance of the designated stores, as well as the sales trends against an assessment of the set daily and overall sales targets

  • Generating and coordinating persuasive communication content to help build customer loyalty and also attract new clients

  • Manage credit control function for the sales region (ensuring they pay on time)

  • Manage the resources at hand effectively and efficiently to ensure optimal utilization for the best results realization

  • Preparing weekly reports and any other duties that could be assigned from time to time

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in ensuring that service delivery to clients is quality and consistent with the brand promise and meets the value proposition

  • Developing marketing programs (suggesting & implementing promotions and point of sale material) for a variety of business-to-business clients and supervising sales channels and distribution outlets


Qualifications and Experience


  • Must have an undergraduate.

  • At least 1 year’s FMCG work experience

Summary of Duties & responsibilities:


  • Receiving, logging, closing and managing calls from clients via telephone & email

  • Resolve incidents/requests at first level as per the stipulated SLAs

  • Take ownership, follow up, and escalate outstanding requests and incidents to the relevant Technical team on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner

  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles;

  • Monitor the infrastructure network, user application systems and escalating identified faults to the concerned teams for restoration

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports


Professional Qualification & Skills:


  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field from a recognized University

  • Knowledge of help desk management software and/or ITIL

  • Prior experience in a similar position in the IT industry is an added advantage

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a shift system

Position: Security Officer


This position is on a permanent and pensionable basis.
 


 


Duties and Responsibilities:


Developing and enforcing security procedures and regulations.

Protecting against danger, damage, loss and crime.

Managing a group of security guards who ensure the protection of the Fund’s facilities.

Acting as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.

Facilitating on-the-job training for specifics of security guard monitoring and protection responsibilities.

Conducting employee security awareness and responsibility training.

Leading and directing the work of others mainly in security matters.

Reporting and controlling unwanted intruders to the properties;

Conducting security surveys;

Maintenance of security equipment.

Inspection and assessment of threats;

Submitting monthly reports on security matters to Property Manager.

Any other duties assigned by the Property Manager


Minimum Qualifications:


Approved Security Course from a police, prison or military training institution or its accepted equivalent;

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (plain) or its approved equivalent;

First Aid Certificate from a recognized Institution;

A Certificate of Good Conduct;

At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area;

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures;

Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;

Able to perform a variety of tasks;

Ability to challenge people when necessary;

Ability to use his/her initiative and make quick decisions, for example to deal with unexpected situations or in an emergency.
