Our client is looking to fill a Marketing Manager role.
Reports to: Head of Customer Solutions, PR & Marketing
Purpose of the position
This role is responsible for Segment and Brand marketing service delivery through the implementation of the Organization marketing strategy. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results over periods of 3 months to a year.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Implement the Organization marketing strategy.Recommend plan & execute brand PR activities likely to enhance the brand’s image in both short and long term.Effectively manage the marketing budgetDrive the successful marketing roll-out of new products or segment initiatives.Drive internal communication Take ownership of stakeholder management for the Organization EXCOAnalyzing market research data including secondary research and taking corrective action for enhancement of brand strategies.Ensure alignment with OMA strategic initiatives and governanceMinimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have: -
An undergraduate degree from a well recognized university with a bias to a business related field.A reputable professional marketing qualification/post graduate qualification (Will be an added advantage). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Marketing management Proven track record of analytical skills and diagnostic ability. Passionate, highly self - motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team player who is change oriented and consumer focused. Will demonstrate an ability to build and manage relationships and influence various stakeholders. Will be results/achievement oriented and an excellent communicator both orally and in writing. The position offers several degrees of challenge and as such the potential candidate must thrive on challenge.
