AFSC Somalia Program is looking for Program Officer: Youth Innovations to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
Masters degree in social development, economics, international affairs, peace/ conflict studies, sociology or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience on programs related to youth entrepreneurships, social reconciliations and youth mobilization and development.Strong English language speaking and writing skills; and Somali language is advantageousExcellent facilitation, training, communication, and ability to solve problems in a proactive wayGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.This position will be offered on an initial contract of one year with possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.
