Responsibilities
Solicit and compile listings of available rental and sale propertiesInterview landlords to determine the kinds of services they requirePromote sales of properties through advertisements (including online) and participation in multiple listing servicesAdvise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related mattersVisit properties to assess them before enlisting in the company databaseAdvise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyersInspect condition of premises under management, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needsReview plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and featuresParticipate in advertisement and sales listings for the companyCollege education in Sales/Marketing (a plus)Familiarity with local neighbourhoodsCustomer service experience Working knowledge of computers & internetExperience in another sales industry (a strong plus)A certificate of good conduct (a plus)NB:
Salary: Net Kshs.15,000 Plus (+) Commission on sales
