Career opportunities at Emergency Plus medical services (E-Plus). E-Plus is a private company, limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross to offer emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance service, first aid training and the sale of first aid kits.

Currently we have the following vacant positions

Sales Leaders Reporting to: Sales Manager Location: Nyeri

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated.
* Compile market intelligence, competitor activities and recommending appropriate strategy to increase company market share.
* Ensure growth in business volumes and customer numbers
* Quality management of customer expectations.

Qualifications & Experience
* A bachelor’s in Sales and marketing or business related degree.
* Must be computer literate
* At least 2 years experience in direct selling.
* Self motivated &Proven ability to meet sales targets within defined deadlines
* Sales experience in insurance products and first aid training will be an added Advantage
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
* A passion and commitment to quality service performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
