Financial Controller Kenya Job.

A leading packaging manufacturing company requires a Chartered Accountant for the position of Financial Controller with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a busy manufacturing environment.

In addition to the normal duties related to Financial Controller position, a person should have following qualities:

* Experience in controlling, supervising and guiding computerized accounts and finance department in day-to-day operation and up to the finalization of accounts.
* Experience in attending statutory and income tax audit.
* Experience in budgetary and cost control.
* Experience in liaising with the bank for working capital, adhoc limit and term loan requirement.
* Experience in liaising with insurance agent for renewal of various insurance policies.
* Experience in projecting and monitoring cash flow requirement on regular basis.
* Must be conversant with an integrated accounting package and be competent in MS Office.
* Experience in generating MIS report using report writing tool will be an added advantage.
* Experience in preparing reports under the strict dead line and to work under pressure.
* Posses qualities of team leader and be analytical.
