School Principal

Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor of
Education degree or PGDE, while
masters degree will be an added
advantage
• Must be above 35 years of age
and currently in a senior position
in a renown secondary school in
Kenya
• Must have at least 2 teaching
subjects and be ready to take up
teaching responsibilities as well
• Must have served for minimum 8
years (as a teacher, three of which
must be as a school principal).
• Must have proof of professional
competences, be a person of
Integrity, with proven record of
good management skills and
curriculum implementation.
• Must be conversant with national
education trends, policies and
objectives in the education sector
as well as familiar with principles
and practices of Guidance and
Counseling, Industrial Relations,
and conflict management.
• Must have knowledge, skills
and experience in budgeting,
accounting, and book-keeping
for educational institutions
and general school financial
management.

Deputy Principal

Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor of
Education degree or PGDE
• Must be above 30 years of age
with at least 7 years of teaching
experience and 3 years of
deputizing.
• Must be familiar with principles
and practices of Guidance and
Counseling, Industrial Relations,
conflict management, command
and control.
• Must have relevant experience
in a similar position, 2 teaching
subjects and ready to take up
lessons on the same
• Sound leadership qualities and
proven practical achievements in
highly performing schools
Teachers

Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor of
Education degree in the subject
or PGDE
• Must have at least 2 teaching
subjects
• Must have at least 3 years
experience in a competitive
environment
• Must be computer literate and
have led some school extra
curricula activity

•Multi-killing is an added
advantage

Bursar
Qualifications:
• Must have completed accounting
qualification to at least CPA II
• Must have worked in a similar
position for at least 3 years
• Must be computer literate and
familiar with several accounting
soft wares

Secretary
•Must be a Diploma holder
• Must have working experience of
not less than 3 years
• Computer literate
• Shorthand skills
• Knowledge of office administration
Lab Technician

Qualifications:
•Should have at least a Diploma in
Lab Technology
•Relevant experience in similar
position for at least 3 years
• Registered by medical
technologists and technological
board
•Computer literate

Nurse
•Diploma in nursing or its equivalent
•Registered by Nursing Council of
Kenya
•Relevant experience in similar
position of not less than 5 years

Cateress
Qualifications:
•At least a Diploma in Food
Production and/or cookery
• At least 5 years experience in a
similar position

Driver
•Must have a valid driving license,
•Grade or trade test with the
relevant government entity
•Certificate of good conduct •
A five year driving experience

Cooks
•Certificate in Food Production or its
equivalent
• Relevant experience for at least 5
years

Janitor
•At least a Diploma in Institutional
Management or its equivalent
• Relevant experience in
housekeeping for at least 5 years
