Stores Clerk Jobs Nairobi Kenya.

REPORTING TO : Technical Director

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to create database inventory system and to input all stock cards. Responsible for issuing all materials used, and entering data into the computer inventory system.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
* Degree or Diploma in stores manager, purchasing or supplies.
* 2 years direct work experience in stores management and record keeping
* Database computer skills are an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter all purchase orders and repair orders into the computerized inventory system and file copies appropriately.
* Receive all material and properly store.
* Perform inventory as needed.
* Control employee access to the stockroom.
* Prepare outgoing material for shipment to vendors.
* Maintain general housekeeping of the stockroom.
* Create and Maintain minimum stock levels in general store and for wood stock.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
