Process Technicians Kenyan Jobs.

Our client is a major manufacturer of leading beverage brands, the Company also sells Still Beverages thus meeting the diverse needs and preferences of consumers all over the world. With ambitious growth plans, the Company is looking to fill 6 Technical positions for their production line.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Process Technicians will perform production activities requiring
the operation of one or more machines/equipment in support of an entire manufacturing or process
system.

Responsibilities
•Perform routine operations and troubleshooting where work is of a machine loading and tending
nature.
•Make machine adjustments, disassemble and re-assemble machine parts utilizing basic hand
tools as part of equipment/machine changeovers or setups.
•Perform basic cleaning and inspection of machinery.
•Accurately complete routine documentation and ensures 100% accuracy of packaging codes.
•Communicate quality defects to appropriate personnel, making decisions within defined
standards of quality, tolerances and operation sequence.
•Perform dimensional and visual inspection of products to ensure compliance with established
specifications.
•Actively participate in Organization Efficiency activities (Autonomous Maintenance, OEE,
cleaning).
•Perform cleaning activities of the line and equipment following established sanitation
procedures.
•Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements
•Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
•Ability to read and comprehend written specifications in the English language.
•2 years working experience in Food and Beverage production set up
•Blow Moulders are encouraged to apply
•Sound understanding of production processes and quality goals/standards.
•Ability to use a computer to perform statistical process control and data entry
