Day to day factory issues, operational, technical & HR related.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To co-ordinate & help in the finalization and approval of production plan in coordination with sales, commercial, purchase, stores and inventory control departments.

To assist in monitoring the execution of production plan as per targets, time schedule and costs.

Coordinating to the end production operations from planning to monitoring on-site activities

Process layout Design/ modification in the existing layout to optimize the flow of process

Monitoring development with respect to cost, optimum resource utilization, time over-runs and quality compliance; evaluating production progress & taking adequate corrective actions.

Co-ordination overall stores and inventory function from receiving of materials, issues, inventory control, inventory valuation, MIS reports, reconciliation, bill passing and raising of indents for procurement.

Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment and machinery.

Facilitating and coordinating performance review, meetings and presentations.

To be responsible for setting and conforming to product quality and maintaining quality standards.

Manage the logistics function, both in and out to ensure the customer and supplier satisfaction is achieved.

Plan a forward role in the strategic development of our factory operations.

Develop the quality team and establish an NPD/R&D function.

Contribute to & lead internal/external meetings, represent management team level.
