Job Title: Local Country Manager
Reports To: CEO
General Purpose of Position:
Our client is in search of a full time “local” Country Head to manage their operations in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
The successful candidate must have a natural eye for quality workmanship.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Overall Head of Country merchandising and sales team operations within Kenya (Nairobi), Tanzania (Dar) and Uganda (Kampala)Managing a team of supervisors, field operations personnel and an administratorInterfacing (presenting and managing) local client relationships and ensuring business growth locallyLiaising and reporting to BTL Consulting HQ, clients and partnersA minimum of a Bachelors degree. Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft Office applications. Retail experience is a plus. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with excellent Entrepreneurial, Administrative and Communication abilities. Energy and enthusiasm are an absolute necessity. Strong, positive references a plusMinimum age 26 years and 3 years work experience at Senior levels.
