The Position: To supervise all Revenue Accounting related activities (sales, refunds, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to HO. To control revenue document stock and ensure that all sales are matched by corresponding forms of payment (FOPs). To record liabilities accurately and effect payments in a timely manner and ensure accurate Payroll Accounting To support the FAM comprehensively in the administration function, budget process and carry out monthly expense variance analysis. To carry out Bank Reconciliations and draft Weekly Bank Reports. To assist FAM in carrying out the Credit Control function, accurate recording of receivables and under collections and their prompt recovery. To identify cost-saving/wastage reduction opportunities and assist functional heads by providing them with appropriate financial information and analysis. To ensure compliance with all local government laws and regulations affecting payments. Must have the right to live and work in Kenya. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.

Experience and Qualifications: University Graduate 4 - 5 years experience of airline accounting with intensive usage of systems.. Complete knowledge of credit card processing Comprehensive knowledge of Airline Accounting Procedures
