1. Administrative Assistant – Admissions
Qualifications
A holder of University degree in Secretarial and management studies or any other relevant field with not less than three (3) years’ relevant experience in a Training Institution, private sector or donor funded organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all Secretarial and Administrative support services in the Admissions Office for effective management of the Business School admissions including;
Provision full Secretarial and Administrative servicesPreparing student admission letters, related documentation;Handling student registration and IDs and fillingRecord keeping and maintenance;Organizing stationery for classes;Handling attendance registers, application and evaluation forms;Handling lecture notes and other classroom management related issuesPreparing DSA and travel requests for ESAMI Lecturers and Adjunct Lecturers;Preparing imprest requests for Field Offices;Manage the office mail and correspondencesAdministration of Faculty and Academic Board meetings, Summer School, Thesis Defense, Graduation, and Conferences;Any other duties as may be assigned from time to timeCompetence and Skills

Computer literacy especially in MS-office applications, email and internetInterpersonal skillsPlanning skillsRecord keeping and retrieval skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work on tight deadlinesStrong team player and orientation towards teamwork2. Administrative Assistant – Examinations
Qualifications

Provision of full secretarial and Administrative services and general office managementReceiving exam scripts, projects and theses and recording themDistributing exams, projects and theses to LecturersReceive electronic student Projects and distribute electronically to the Lecturers for marking and maintaining a register of the e-Projects received;Receiving and filing marked exams, projects and thesesDispatching exam papers to Field Offices and other Centre’s, and maintaining a register of the sameHandling student records and filling systemHandling stationery for examinationsHandling student certificates and transcripts;Handling administration related issues;Manage office mail and correspondencesAny other duties as may be assigned.Competence and Skills
