Key Responsibilities.
• Determining customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
• Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and liaising with media and advertising firms
• Developing and implementing customer loyalty programs, policies and procedures in line with the strategic plan
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/services and manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Determining and managing the marketing budget as well as delivering marketing activities within agreed budget.
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized institution
• A minimum of 5 years credible experience in Marketing and Customer Service
• Credible experience in Marketing and Customer Service strategy formulation and execution.
• Innovative personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer and leadership skills
• High integrity
• Member of a professional body
• Experience in the cleaning or service industry an added advantage.
