Software Developer
A software developer will be charged with developing and perfect functionalities of the application being developed. He/she must possess the following skills and qualitiesWell versant with object oriented PHP programmingMySQL database, PostgreSQL an added advantageProgramming frameworks (Zend Framework very important)Must be keen on writing quality code in line with proper coding conventions.Developing Facebook applicationsGood in JQueryAble to work with code versioningMust be a problem solver with great analytical skills, able to capture requirements and develop solutions.
A mobile developer will be developing applications for the android as well as for SMS integration. He must be experienced programmer possessing the following:Good command of a major programming language preferably JavaMust be an experienced android developer; iOS development will be an added advantageGood understanding of AT commands and SMS based programming
A business developer will be executing the business model, making sure that the business is able to acquire the visionary customer, and achieve a growing customer base. He/she must meet the following cliteria:Should have a strong relevant training backgroundAble to effectively engage end users through social mediaIn a position to develop great copy for the various online platforms as well as for offline mediaAble to design creative word of mouth campaignsGreat in building effective sales funnel by carrying out the right awareness for the different business types, educating, qualifying and closing potential customers by making compelling presentationsAble to build a great customer care for the growing client base
