University degree preferably in Business related field.Professionally qualified (either ACIB, CPA, ACCA, CISA,CFA)4 years of experience in a professional Auditing Firm4 years working experience in the internal audit department of a commercial Bank in a management role4 years commercial banking experience in any of the areas of Credit Management Risk Management, Finance and/or TreasuryDemonstrate leadership ability capacity.Strong Business and Financial Analytical skillsSuperior communication and inter-personal skills, including report writing.Effective planning, organizing and problem solving skillsStrong management and administrative skillsInitiative and self drive.The above positions are demanding for which the bank will provide a competitive package for the successful candidates.
