Job Objective
Ensure effective and efficient coordination of all imports and exports transactions
Duties
Supervision of the water and juice departmentCarrying out online analysis of the water and juice in productionMaintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departmentsCompletes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summariesCreates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changeMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and proceduresCarrying out calibrations activities of equipment usedRun quality check son the production linePreparation and assignment of duties to staff in the production floorEnsure that good manufacturing and hygiene practices are followed at all timesEnsure that the Health and Safety of the workforce is enforced at all timesCommunicate with Warehouse Supervisor\logistics Manager for the transfer of the goods from production floor to StoresTo carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.Degree in Food Science & Technology3 years progressive working experience in FMCG firm Computer literate-working knowledge of MS-Office2-4 years progressive working experience in a busy organisationQuality Control SupervisorJob Objective
