Bid Management Lead – Africa
Stays on top of Bid Checklist to ensure all stakeholders complete their part on time
Works very closely and Liaise with Sales Admin Manager on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams
Works closely with Finance and Legal Department to ensure all bids submitted are in full financial and legal compliance and provides initial and final check of all bid submissions
Provides direct support to Sales Director, Country GM and Practice Directors on bids, proposals and tender submissions
Guarantees that all bids are complete and in full compliance with the selection criteria
Submits consolidated weekly reports from the Bid Team to Management on Bids Submitted, Qualified, Shortlisted, Won/Lost and Current Status
Working with Technical Writers, Practice Directors, Product Managers and Business Development Managers, builds library of bids submitted, proposal templates and relevant solution content for easy access by field sales and practice team
Communicates frequently with BDMs, PDs, GMs and Sales Director to build competitive intelligence database and adds value by analyzing lost tenders and providing input on areas for improvement.
Bid Manager
Manages all bids, proposals and tender responses in a given regionReports to the Bid Management Lead
Handles, manages and monitors the entire bid/tender cycle from creation, preparation, compliance, monitoring, submission through follow up
Manages Bid Checklist to ensure all stakeholders complete their part on time
Works very closely and Liaise with Sales Admin Executive on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams
Works closely with Finance and Legal Department to ensure all bids submitted are in full financial and legal compliance and provides initial and final check of all bid submissions
Provides direct support and seeks information from Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Product Managers on bids, proposals and tender submissions
Ensures that all bids are complete and in full compliance as per the RFP checklist
Submits weekly reports to the Bid Management Lead on bids Submitted, Qualified, Shortlisted, Won/Lost and Current Status.
Manager – Sales Administration
1 PositionManages Sales Admin Team to ensure that both sales and practice team members are well supported and all required information is collected from the field
Works very closely and Liaise with Head of Bid Management and Bid Management Lead on communication, preparation and follow up of all tenders with the sales and practice teams
Provides direct support to Sales Director, Country GM and Practice Directors on bids, proposals and tender submissions with organizing calls, reminders, follow ups, status updates, etc.
Submits consolidated weekly reports from the Sales Admin Team to Management on Weekly Activity reports, Top Strategic Deal Status, CRM Pipeline, etc.
Supports sales efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results
Improves communication between sales and practice by ensuring that there is seamless information flow and collaboration across various key stakeholders
Sales Admin Executive
Supports Account Managers, BDMs and PMs on sales related activities and collects required information from the team for internal consolidation, compliance and reporting
Reports to Manager – Sales Administration
Provides sales admin support to AMs, BDMs, and PMs on Opportunities/Tenders by organizing meetings/calls, providing administrative support, frequent updates, monitoring progress, and following up with the key stakeholders.
Provides direct support to field sales and practice team members on bids, proposals and tender submissions with organizing calls, reminders, follow ups, status updates, etc.
Monitors and provides sales activity reports from the field sales/practice team
Supports sales efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results
Improves communication between sales and practice by ensuring that there is seamless information flow and collaboration across various key stakeholders
