Role Profile
The successful candidate will develop and lead a Research Analytics team by:
Develop and lead a Research Analytics business at Brand Integrated;Shared responsibility of managing the business and Brand Integrated and its clients;Business Development and relationship building to grow the business and provide support for efforts to expand sales efforts and program offerings;Identify new product, service and program marketing opportunities which meet the mission of Brand Integrated;Provide on-going technical expertise to existing business lines with a focus on competitive market research/analysis; Independently conduct complex market research to determine market share and other relevant business environment indicators, including demographics, economic conditions, and stakeholder satisfaction;Analyse and accurately interpret key research data, impact assessments and before presenting findings;Conduct financial analysis and reporting - market analysis, forecasting, and business performance metrics;Meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree research projects;Monitor internal product, service and program performance, sales and marketing activities and utilize industry knowledge for all of Brand Integrated business lines and programs to provide useful analysis; Entrepreneurial flair;Strong business development acumen; Leadership and people development;Innovative Marketing & Brand management awareness;Technically sound statistical background;Excellent networker with positive interpersonal skills.A Bachelor’s degree in related field;A Masters degree in the related field would be an added advantage;Member of PRSK (Public Relations Society of Kenya) and MSK (Marketing Society of Kenya) is desirable;At least 8 years’ experience in a related field;Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
