We think it would link students to great jobs and opportunities with our partner employers.We launched in Kenya early 2014 and we aim to be reaching tens of thousands of people across Africa and beyond within five years.
Spire is a start-up environment, so staff members will be expected to do whatever it takes to get things done, which may include long hours and intense work.

Work with our Data Team to support the full spectrum of data work - data cleaning, data entry, data analysis, and data managementWork with Excel to analyze, clean, and organize dataSupport all teams at Spire to collect and use the data they need to be effectiveLearn to design, maintain, build and administer large databases in SalesforceSupport the Data Team on any technical or operational projects as requiredWe move fast and work hard – we are looking for people who want to do what it takes to help change the world, not those who want a simple 9 to 5 jobWe’re taking on one of the biggest problems in the world: youth unemployment is soaring and Kenyan businesses are starved for skillsWe are a lifestyle, not a job: you will be stretched every day and learn more here in a week than you would anywhere else in a yearYou have a degree in IT, Statistics, or a related field or have equivalent working experience.You have 1-2 years of work experience doing analysis, IT, M&E or a similar role.You are incredibly detail oriented. You get joy out of taking large amounts of data and cleaning it.You are an analytical thinker. You like to take massive problems and map out actionable solutions with data to support it. You have a lot of technical skill, but can also translate from “tech speak” to your co-workers.You are hungry to learn something new every day and you see failure as a way to grow(Optional) You have used the Salesforce platform before, or another CRM software like Oracle or SAP.
