The Role would mostly entail
Respond to requests for information from the media or other sources on the event and Conference in questionRecruit and Register delegates for the event as well as establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of various business associations and public interest groups.Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of the organisations agenda.Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions( In all media including Social Media)Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase the events awareness and to promote goodwill.Confer with other managers to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.Purchase advertising space and time as required to promote client's eventPlan and conduct market and public opinion research to test or determine the potential for growth for the clients eventIf you are an agency and you would like to take up this project,please send us your credentials to jobs@alternatedoors.co.keDec 12, 2014
