We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client a leading Pharmaceutical company.


Job Title: Customer Care Manager


Job Summary
Provides customer service support to the Organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying accuracy of order of information in a timely manner.


Customer Care Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up after the goods are supplied to the customers- i.e. if the customer received his goods, if they are in good conditions.

Handle complaints from the customers and people within the organization about goods.

Maintaining customer details, contact details and contact activity

Ensure efficient communication between clients and the business

Handle credit/Debit notes.

Distributing price lists to the sales reps and customers.

Keeping records of all the goods supplied to the customers

Keeping records of the goods returned by the customers.

Informing the sales reps and the customers of held orders that won’t be supplied and also short expiries products.

Liaise with sales on promotional activities (gifts), prepare report and forward to sales manager.

Handle walk-in customer efficiently so as to ensure they wait at the minimum time

Resolve customer complaints via phone or email

Execute on time proper updating, filing of service center documents as required.

Attract potential customers by answering product questions, suggesting information.

Resolve product/service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and ensuring resolution.

Recommend potential products to management by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Experience and Qualifications for Customer Service Jobs

At least 3 years’ work experience in customer service in a senior position

A diploma/ degree in Pharma

Sales/business related experience will be an added advantage

Extensive travelling experience

Have good numeracy and computer skills

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills, polite, confident and friendly

Have problem-solving skills be flexible and quick thinking.

A team player who would also be able to work on their own initiative.
