A creative photography and design agency based in the Kilimani area is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.
The agency provides creative and quality images that capture cherished moments in timeless fashion and high-end design solutions.
Since inception, they have differentiated themselves by providing high end photography and design services for both corporate organizations and individuals.
Their services cover a wide spectrum of concepts from family portraits to wedding, commercial shoots, model profiles, branding and graphic design.The Customer Service Representative will be an essential position and will ensure optimum customer relations and management is carried out smoothly and will be the contact point between Management and Team Members.
Start date: Immediate
Position Summary: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Candidate MUST meet the following Requirements:
Diploma holder
4 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent sense of priorities.
Experience is database management
