IT Administration Manager – Rwanda

Our client, a Rwandan company, located in Kigali and engaged in the manufacture of steel products including roofing sheets, mild steel plates, hollow sections, steel wires, open profiles, nails and rebars. The company is looking for IT Administration Manager to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

IT Admin Manager Job Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will liaise with the finance manager and other heads of departments to ensure functional installation of the ERP

Ensure day to day optimal performance of the system by ensuring user support and segregation while maintaining utmost data integrity

The specific will include setting up the various modules and train users

Ensuring that the systems are updated on a regular basis and backed up as per agreed policy

Responsible for setting up the reporting formats as required by management
Summit Recruitment IT Job Requirements

Must have a degree in Accounting and a strong qualification in IT or a degree in IT and strong qualification in accounting

Must have 5 years’ experience implementing and managing ERP systems in a manufacturing entity

Must have prior experience working with Pastel system

CPA/ACCA will be an added advantage

Ability to work independently and with own initiative

Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

An understanding of accounting concepts and principles

Responsive and responsible

Ability to work under pressure

Speak and write English

Monthly gross salary: 2,000USD depending on experience and qualifications
