Client Relations Officer Job Purpose

Client relations Officer serve as liaisons between a company and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. The job holder is responsible for managing client relationships, developing account plans, and delivering proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships.

Make the public more aware of the business and bring in revenue. They must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.

Design plans to achieve the goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses

Research and Development: Must perform research to identify new potential clients.

Must ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and will bring in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues

Inform their company of new contacts and new marketing opportunities.

Previous work experience in sales or business development, customer service or management

Build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
Requirements for Client Relation Officer Jobs in Kenya

A bachelor’s degree/diploma in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field

Must have a strong understanding of the company’s products or services and knowledge of their competition

Must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.

Main Purpose of the Job Holder

The main purpose of the Client relations Officer is to help the business meet its sales and revenue goals.
