Profile Introduction: Stratostaff is a provider of Flexible Staffing Solutions to medium size firms, multinationals and government throughout East Africa.

Based in the Nairobi Office, the person will report to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the Business Line Manager.Minimum Requirements
Hold a University Degree in a business related field.
Have at least 2 years work experience in Key Account Management, Business Development and a Financial Background;
Project management skills & proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
CPA/ACCA, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage
Job Specification
Business Development and Key Accounts Management
Undertake business development activities from lead generation to deals closure in line with set targets;
Manage key accounts by maintaining and growing market share with new and existing clients;
Build and maintain clients and associates relationships as a combined effort with the operations team with effective inter-departmental procedural work flow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery;
Enhancing Profitability by ensuring that there is financial viability through maintaining and/or increasing profit margins;
Conduct Sales Margin Analysis to ensure that the proposal makes business sense;
Develop propositions, presentations and reports, as required by the Senior Management Team.
Accounting / Finance
Maintain accounts of all projects, compile reports and ensure compliance at all times;
Maintain all the company book of accounts and generate financial statements for statutory filing with the relevant bodies;
Invoice clients in collaboration with the operations team and ensure that clients pay in good time;
Conduct a reconciliation analysis of all the accounts;
Manage operational risks by ensuring that there is statutory and legislative compliance;
Prepare accurate, timely and complete financial statements;
Any other duties assigned by the senior management.

Effective time management with ability to work under minimum supervision.
