We have added yet another service to our business portfolio i.e. cash services.

We are looking for a marketing assistant whose key role will be to ensure business growth in our new cash Services divisionDuties and Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our services throughout Kenya.

Aggressively seek out prospective customers through networking, cold calling and prospecting.

Utilize sales and business development skills to sell our services.

Facilitate the sales process from the prospecting stage to final closing.

Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.

Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.

Ensure that the key accounts are effectively managed.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance

Provides excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns.

Identifies business opportunities by researching prospects and identifying key decision-makers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Must be able to build prospects and business relationships

Ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, concisely and ensure customer understanding

Ability to handle sales rejection and maintain mental focus

Solid organizational, time-management and follow-up skills.

Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction.

Execute all transactions quickly and accurately.

Job Requirements:

Two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing and a security firm providing cash services

You must be an articulate, outgoing and personable self-manager who can work independently and is eager to hone your skills.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.

Diploma in sales and marketing
