Letting Agent Jobs in Kenya
Our client in real estate is urgently recruiting for the above mentioned position. The ideal candidate must have been in real estate industry for more than 3 years.
Qualifications & Experience required:
University graduate.
Preference will be given to applicants with shopping mall experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitating sales of the assigned leasing spaces in specific retail areas.
Organizing site visits with prospective tenants.
Identifying target tenants, contacting/visiting/calling them appropriately.
Appraisal of application forms and liaising with applicants on the same to ensure that all requirements are met.
Preparation of heads of terms for successful applicants and liaising with them in order to achieve a timely execution.
Liaising with Landlord’s Lawyers on preparation of lease document and ensure that tenant executes correctly.
Prepare weekly progress reports; site visit reports.
Coordinate with tenant and managing agent with regard to tenant’s fit-out works.
Maintain positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, tenants, and prospect tenants, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Handling random space enquiries.
Updating of schedules – lease tracking.
Working on cash flows, rental analysis and discussing same with supervisor.
Provision of administrative support including scheduling meetings.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
