1. Underwriting Manager- Bachelors of Commerce degree (insurance option preferred). MBA is an added advantage
2. Reinsurance Officer– A business related University Degree – insurance, statistics, accounts preferred
3. Operational Risk Manager- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
4. Group Strategy Manager– Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business administration, finance or related field related field
5. Group Chief Investment Officer– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
6. Financial Risk Manager– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
7. Country Risk Manager– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
8. Chief Operating Officer– Strong undergraduate degree in a numerate discipline e.g. Commerce, Economics etc.;
