Vacancy: Junior Human Resource Consultant
 

Adept Systems was established in 1994 to provide a full range of Management Consultancy Services in the areas of Human Resources Management, Business Development, Information Management and Financial Systems. 

With a team of highly qualified and experienced consultants, we have carried out specialized assignments for Government Departments, Parastatals, Private Companies and a number of Donor Agencies in Eastern and Southern Africa. 

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively support recruitment and selection exercises including running assessment centres.


• Participate salary surveys, job evaluations and other projects and provide administrative support to the Directors in recruitment and other assigned tasks


• Prepare and timely submit assignment reports as required including recruitment reports, feedback reports, etc


• Provide detailed company information to potential clients and follow up on queries made by clients and job seekers on the Company’s services, the data bank and available vacancies.


• Advice and update clients on the status of their assignments.


• Co-ordinate   client   meetings   and   prepare   proposals   that   address   their   needs.   Ensure   tender documents/requests are prepared and submitted on time


• Advice and update staff and managers on company policy, procedures and legislation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a relevant qualification from a reputable institution.


• A HND/OND in Human Resources Management (either completed or currently pursuing is added advantage). One year solid experience working in a busy and professionally run Human Resources department Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.


• Experience in Recruitment including running Assessment Centres, preparation of job descriptions, including preparation and placement of advertisements.


• Individuals with experience working for a reputable consultancy firm will have added advantage. Computer literate – MS Office, email, Internet etc
