Job Summary: As the maintenance manager, you will oversee the overall maintenance of the club, as well as execute an effective maintenance programme.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Managing the preventative maintenance and state of repair to equipment and facilities

Managing action plans and or projects according to the set standards

Managing maintenance plans & suppliers within budgets

Manage and lead the maintenance team to achieve the relevant goals set by the department

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum diploma qualification

Relevant trade qualification

2-3 years basic preventative maintenance experience

1-2 years management experience within an operations environment

Ability to work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays

Computer literacy

Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
