Madison Asset is a fund management Company, whose mission is to grow and secure wealth for it clients.
We are looking for Sales Advisors to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.
The candidates will be tasked with:
Meeting the sales targets for the various investment products,
Generating own leads and following up on leads assigned,
Maintaining good relationships with the clients to ensure their investment objectives and service needs are well served,
Generating sales activity reports,
Representing the Madison Asset brand in the market.
Skills and Qualifications:
Confident and self motivated
Excellent sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Good interpersonal and net working skills
Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions.
Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earnings potential
