Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the followings positions in our Centre in Nairobi;

Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager will deputize the Vice President- Sale & Marketing and will be responsible for developing new territory or taking over an existing territory in an effort to increase sales.

They will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. They will have a strong presence in the Healthcare field and actively promote the Medanta Africare brand.

Responsibilities:
Call and visit healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and elder-care facilities in order to generate sales and clients.

Meet or exceed established sales targets.

Deputize Vice president-Sales & Marketing in all sales and marketing functions.

Develop Marketing Plan for new or existing territory. .

Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.

Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.

Manage sales &Marketing team.

Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience for Sales & Marketing Jobs in Kenya

MUST have minimum 5 years sales& Marketing experience from a Large Health care facility/Pharmaceuticals facility as a Sales & Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree in a Relevant field

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.

Present well to clients and peers.

Demonstrate working knowledge of healthcare.

Comfortable with closing/asking for business.

Excellent written and oral skills.

Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement
