We are urgently looking for an Accountant for one of our clients.  

The main duties of the position will include:

• Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances


• Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory


• Verifying accuracy of standard costs


• Monitoring inventory transactions


• Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger


• Update Financial data in financial system


• Ledger Reconciliation- Bank Reconciliations, Receivables, Payables

 

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• CPA Part 2 and/ or Degree in a business related field


• 2 years’ experience


• Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage


• Experience with Tally ERP is desirable


• Knowledge of Kenyan accounting laws and regulation and international accounting standards

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per month
