The successful Manager will be someone who is looking for their next challenge, setting up the new concept and establishment, exploring new sales and building ideas to take the new privilege club to the next level of success. 

 

The ability to deliver great sales and profits through excellent operational and service standards is a must. 

We are looking for a Manager who believes in engaging with their Team and sees the importance of growing and developing their people so that a strong Supervisory team comes from internal succession.

You will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: Financial acumen, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business/Finance/Hotel Management


• At least 5 years working experience in a hotel and /or priviledged Club


• Experience with the French / German Market a plus


• Strong sense of ownership


• Strong organization skills and show great attention to details


• Bilingual (English and another foreign language)
