Proven ability to achieve tangible business results
Solid operational and commercial business experience
Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
Prior experience in leading others in an international matrix organization
Experience of dealing with local authorities
Change management, financial & sales management and project management skills
Customer relationship management skills and experience
Market and customer business understanding
Solid knowledge of installation methods and pre-start requirements
Basic financial business and process management knowledge
Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management
Project management skills and experience
Basic knowledge of employment law in relevant country/area
Skills, Education and Experience
Prior experience of min 8 years of business management in sales and/or operational management with budget responsibility
Prior experience of min 6 years in a management/leadership position
At the minimum BSc. degree in Economics, Business, Technical or other relevant field completed
Fluency in English
Prior working experience in people leadership
Prior working experience in elevator installation management
Prior working experience in customer relationship management is an asset
