Our client, a Microfinance institution is seeking to recruit a Sales Officer for their Mortgage Business
Duties
Prioritize markets and determine market entry strategies for new regions by collecting and analyzing market data
Drive growth and develop the housing finance market.
Responsible for the recruitment and vetting of merchants
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly report
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Clients whilst maintaining constant and timely correspondence regarding the firm’s products.
Impact assessment of the marketing and communications strategies for either remodeling or perfection.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies while liaising with the relationship team to ensure client satisfaction.
On-ground promotions, Making presentations and Tele-marketing to prospective clients with regard to the products while achieving daily and monthly sales targets through recruiting new clients.
Marketing of call deposit products and other facilities including mortgage finance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration or a related course
At least 5 years in the mortgage industry .Must be conversant with the Housing industry in Kenya
Must have great exposure in corporate Relationship selling and extensive experience in a retail and sales network
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
