Job: Sales – Commission Based

Location: Westlands, Nairobi

Sector: Medical Sales

We are a distributor of medical products and devices and require salesmen for sales and distribution of all our products. 

We require the following qualities and shall test all successful applicants on the claims made on their application​:

• Highly motivated individuals who are well spoken and are able to communicate effectively in English and Swahili


• Minimum education of Diploma or Equivalent


• Previous sales experience


• Basic computing skills


• A Passion for results


• A minimum age of 25 years


• Of good heart and willing to go the extra mile


• Some medical training will be helpful but not essential

The Job will entail the following responsibilities:

• Promote and sell all company products


• Quickly learning about the products and ability to answer questions


• Develop and design offers from time to time


• Follow up of leads


• Regular visits to organisations buying the products


• Proper documentation of visits made and discussions during the visits.


• Documenting of competitor products and providing feedback
