Educate! Kenya Youth Entrepreneurship Facilitator Training (YEFT)

Educate! is a high growth, award winning education NGO operating in Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya.
 

Educate! provides youth with skills training in leadership, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness, along with mentorship, to start real businesses at school. 

Our model is delivered through practically-trained teachers and empowered youth mentors. 

Educate!’s goal is to make this practical, skills based model part of National Education Systems.

 

Are you young and passionate about Education, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Mentorship? 

Educate! Kenya is looking for you to attend a three week’s half day Educate!

YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP FACILITATOR TRAINING (YET) in Nairobi. It is a half day training( 8:00am to 1:00 pm ) and refreshments will be provided during the training. 

Kindly note no allowance will be provided during the training and the training is free of charge .
 

About the Training: You will receive comprehensive and high quality training on Leadership and Entrepreneurship (how to start and grow your business), Learner Centered Instruction in the Basic Education Curriculum Reform Framework, Mentorship and 21st Century skills.
 

You will also receive a certificate of participation at the end of the training.
 

Candidate Profile
 

The ideal candidate should be 35 years and below and meets the following criteria:

• Entrepreneurial: Passionate in Entrepreneurship and Leadership.


• Can facilitate trainings; has leadership experience with youth or in their community.


• Qualifications: University/College graduate with Diploma or Degree qualification in any field of study.


• Personal qualities: Able to mentor and motivate other young people to solve local problems, excellent time manager, confident, dynamic, charismatic, reflective and open- minded, - and gifted with great interpersonal skills

This Unique Opportunity is competitive and open to only 20 in Kenya. We are recruiting trainers through this process for our expansion next year.
