EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – EOI-NAI-0001
 

The Building Resilience in Civil Society (BRICS) Project, implemented by Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from firms with the capacity to supply and delivery any of the following items:

1. Office Supplies (paper, pens, staplers, binders, business cards etc)


2. Car hire / Transportation Services (registered companies only)


3. Travel agencies ( For flights and hotel accommodation )

In the subject of your email, please indicate EOI-NAI-0001 – Supply and delivery of [INSERT RELEVANT SERVICE]. 

 

Please submit separate email responses for each type of service that your organization expresses interest.
 

Bidders are required to attach the following documents to their proposal:

• A copy of certificate of incorporation / license from relevant authority;


• A valid tax compliance certificate;


• At least 3 past or current client reference letters with contact details for contracts of a similar nature within the past 3 years;


• Detailed company profile detailing experience in similar work and indicating the names of the company directors;

Failure to submit any of the above will result in disqualification.

Interested vendors should send their proposals via email to BRICS_Procurement@dai.com by September 14, 2017 at 23:59pm. 

Only vendors who submit their information by the deadline will be eligible for evaluation. 

The Request for Pricing (RFP) instructions including detail specifications for each service type will be sent to all bidders who will have met the above criteria within September 2017.
