Plan International, is seeking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Regional Learning & Development Adviser based in Nairobi.
The Opportunity: As part of our transformation the incumbent will contribute to building individual, organizational and partner capability and knowledge to meet current and strategic requirements and create a learning culture to embed capability development.
The Individual: Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as you engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, networking, influencing and coaching as necessary.
Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities you will have excellent IT and communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
