Technician for Smartphones Repair Job Position at Electronics Shop
We are an Electronics shop that mainly sells Tablets and Smart phones in Nairobi.
We are looking for a young talented & knowledgeable technician to offer exceptional after sales services to our customers.
Must have passion for the job, exceptional at customer service and great communication skills
Must have experience, good understanding, and knowledge of phone, computer or tablet hardware repair and software installation.
Must have a warm and pleasant personality and great attitude.
Must be a fast learner.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Must be available full-time. Should not be doing any part-time classes (day or night)
Minimum qualifications; o level certificate and any computer literacy certificates. Other relevant training will be an added advantage.
3 Months probation
Pay: Ksh 16, 000/=
Reporting hours is 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday. Punctuality is A MUST.
