Job Summary: Implementation of accounting policies, processes and procedures in line with the overall business strategy and objectives in matters relating to collection of premiums and management of branch expenses.
Main Responsibilities
- Issuing of receipts for cash and cheques and ensuring they are dispatched to clients
- Collecting and ensuring that the daily collection is reviewed by the Branch Manager/Branch Representative and sent to Head Office
- Banking and sending all relevant documents to Head Office as per Company policy.
- Reconciliation of statements
- Ensuring proper customer service to both internal and external clients
- Filing copies of receipts, monthly statements for agents, brokers and direct clients etc.
- Administrative work
- Any other duties assigned
