Our client is registered as a Training and Consultancy Company under Companies Registration Act in the State Law Office in Kenya,  licensed under the County Council of Nairobi and accredited by the National Industrial Training Authority (N.I .T.A) to offer occupational training and consultancy services for corporate firms, non –governmental organizations (N.G.O’s), Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies (S.A.G.A’s) , National and County Government institutions, Public Corporations & Commissions and other private firms.

The company is looking for dynamic, focused, ambitious and dedicated marketing/sales reps with training and experience in workplace staff training

Education, Experience and Skills

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent in marketing, sales, advertising or related field


• Strong trade / marketing background in the service industry (experience with a training company is an added advantage)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills


• A track record of creating a winning vision in an environment with emphasis on service merchandising, promotion and partnerships


• Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand building efforts are complemented by hard driving promotional activities


• Demonstrated capacity to drive a hard sale under restricting conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Networking with potential organizational clients


• Closing training sales business opportunities


• Identifying and advising management on ongoing and upcoming training opportunities


• Developing and designing in house and open course training proposals
